Local Liberal Democrats chose Peter as their candidate in 2008. He has taken up many local issues: noise and congestion, the future of our key rail services, and the fate of our vanishing bus shelters to name just a few.

Peter has spoken to thousands of residents. He believes that politicians have lost touch with ordinary people. To put that right, he has met as many local people as he can, face to face, to listen to their views.

Peter's experience is more than local. As an auditor he has worked to improve the performance of international bodies. He has worked with the United Nations and the EU. It's not time to put that experience to use in Parliament!
